Newborn gear is used heavily, and the items most in contact with your baby (car seat covers, harness straps, bassinet mattresses, crib fabrics) are the hardest to keep truly clean at home. Manufacturers advise against machine washing most baby car seat covers because of the flame-retardant treatment, and most pram fabrics are non-removable. Our cleaning is built around these constraints.

Every product we use is non-toxic and gentle on newborn skin. Cleaning takes place at our central London facility, not in a van on your driveway. Items are checked individually before they go back out, and you receive before and after photos with your delivery.

When should I book a newborn cleaning package?

Any timing works. Many parents book a few weeks ahead to give a comfortable window, but we regularly accommodate last-minute requests too. Message us with your timing and we will work around it.

Which package should I choose?

Newborn Essentials covers the core travel system and a crib clean. Newborn Refresh adds a bouncer or Sleepyhead and baby laundry. Newborn Premium adds a stroller travel bag clean and waterproof treatment on the pram, and is the best overall value.

Are the products safe for newborns?

Yes. Every product used is baby-safe and non-toxic. Fabrics, harnesses, sleeping items and laundry are all treated with this in mind.

How long does the cleaning take?

Standard turnaround is within a few days from collection. Booking well ahead of your due date is recommended.

What if my baby clothing laundry is over 6kg?

Additional baby clothing laundry is charged at our standard rate per kg. Let us know an approximate volume when you book and we will confirm pricing.

Can I customise a package?

Yes. If you need different items or want to add mould treatment, Isofix base clean or extra services, just tell us when you book and we will quote.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken after collection and before delivery. Once your items are with us, we will send a secure Stripe payment link over WhatsApp. Delivery is scheduled once payment is received.
