If an airline damaged your pram in the hold and is asking for a written statement from a repair shop, we provide a signed and stamped damage report confirming brand, model, value and age. See our airline damage report service. The report is £30 and ready within 48 hours.
We are clear about our limits so your baby’s pram is never made worse. We do not weld or carry out structural frame work. We do not repair fold, recline or suspension mechanisms. We do not repair car seats, as we cannot verify a car seat is safe after a repair. If a job falls outside our scope, we tell you before we collect.
