The pram pulls to one side. A wobble does not clear after the axle is cleaned. The bearings grind when you push. The tyre is cracked, perished or will not hold air. Each symptom points to a different fix, and not all of them need a new wheel. A wobble is often hair around the axle. A grind is usually bearings. A cracked tyre wall is the end of that tyre.
