The Ocarro, Flip XT, Strada and Airo are built to last, but wheels wear, brakes loosen and buckles give up. We repair Mamas and Papas prams and pushchairs with the correct parts, collected from your door and returned tested. Every repair carries a three-month warranty.
Most repair services ask you to find a pram-sized box and wait for a courier. We do not. Our own team collects your pram from your door, unboxed, and returns it by hand once the repair is complete. Your pram travels on our van, upright and protected, never folded into a courier box.

Ocarro punctures and wheel wear
The Ocarro rides on air-filled tyres, which is why it pushes so well and why punctures are the most common fault we see. We replace inner tubes and tyres, service stiff bearings and replace worn wheels, with labour from £55 and parts at cost. Damaged in transit?

Do you fix Ocarro punctures?
Yes. Punctures on the Ocarro’s air tyres are the most common job we see. We replace inner tubes and tyres, and we also service bearings and replace worn wheels.

My pram was damaged on a flight. Can you fix it?
